This high quality Commercial idli chamber / idli pot is made of Stainless Steel. There are 12 aluminum idli trays and each tray has 9 idli cavities. You can cook 108 idlis in a single batch. The sliding door lifts up for easy removal. It takes only 15 minutes to cook 108 idlis.

This chamber can be used on single burner commercial stove. It is ideal for restaurants, catering services, temples etc.
